- Consultant in using Harrison Behavioural Analysis Assessments, used for consistency in recruiting the right staff and developing them according to their natural tendencies, and developing Senior Leaders.

- Auto Electrical Trade ticket (completed an apprenticeship)

I am a trainer in leadership, management and team competencies, having delivered training in: coaching skills, time management, team building, Conflict resolution, Communication, and project management. I have used experience-based learning techniques in my training as well as interactive workshop exercises to enhance engagement. I have found the Harrison assessments invaluable to gain insight both into individuals leaders and team profiling to customize training for each group. I love equipping teams in their capacity to achieve greater outcomes.
